2018 Chili Contest

EatChili

Once again on Saturday January 27, 2018 downtown Mount Holly will be the place for families to warm their tummies and see lots of artistic eye candy while having plenty of free family-friendly fun.

Besides playing host to over a dozen professional and amateur ice carvers from up and down the east coast, the Fire & Ice Festival features the best professional chili cooks around vying for the Award for the finest chili in Burlington County.

This year’s contest takes place at The Union, at 20 Washington Street.

A $1 donation lets you taste all the different chilis and vote for your favorite!  Your donation helps to make this event possible and provide awards to the contestants who put so much time, money and effort into their chilis.

There will be two awards this year (Best Chili, Best Display) with contestants being anonymously judged on 4 criteria; Color, Texture, Aroma, Flavor and Display plus a Peoples Choice Award.

Winners of the Chili Contest this year!
