Besides playing host to over a dozen professional and amateur ice carvers from up and down the east coast, the Fire & Ice Festival features the best professional chili cooks around vying for the Award for the finest chili in Burlington County.

The contest starts at noon and ends once all the chili has been tasted.

$5O STIPEND TO HELP REIMBURSE INGREDIENTS COSTS (paid the day of the event)

VIP ticket holders will be allowed to enter the building for priority tasting at 11am, along with admission to the Beer Tent that will be located next door.

The general public will be admitted starting at Noon.  Usually the chili is all gone by 2pm.

A $3 donation lets the public taste all the different chilis & vote for their favorite! Their donation helps to make this event possible and provide awards to the contestants who put so much time, money & effort into their chilis.

Voting is encouraged, but not required. Anyone interested in voting can pick up one free ballot. Additional ballots will be offered for a $1 donation to support the Fire & Ice Festival.
